Terry Leyden, Certified Personnel Consultant

Terry formed The Leyden Group in March of 2003 after 23 years with Career Marketing Associates, a Colorado based technical recruiting and search firm. Since 1981, he has led a practice specializing in the product safety and regulatory affairs disciplines. Terry's background in environmental biology has been integral to his understanding of the businesses we serve and the candidates we represent. He leads the company's interactions with employers and manages search
activities on our client’s behalf.

Terry’s wife Anita is a clinical research associate with a specialty in emergency medicine and trauma. He has two sons (Drew and Sean). Terry’s personal interests are primarily sports centered, including acting as a collegiate football referee for the Mountain West and Western Athletic Conferences and United Indoor Football League and is an avid road cyclist.

Cary Woody

Cary Woody has been in the recruiting business since 1992 after graduating from University of Colorado with a degree in Psychology. Cary primarily focuses on clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and contract research businesses and with chemical industry regulatory compliance
professionals. Since joining the company his efforts have been to help individuals in the pursuit of their career goals. He gets a clear understanding of people's interests as well as their skills. Cary and his family, wife Stephanie, daughters Grace and Sarah enjoy many athletic and outdoor activities. His wife has a Masters degree in education and is presently an elementary school teacher.
